1. Operator, scope, and agreement

CrewParley is operated by Buenhoj Technologies Inc., Muirland Cres, Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Contact support@buenhoj.com about these terms. They set the conditions for using crewparley.com and CrewParley desktop/account/hosted services that we make available to you, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Independent AI providers and connected services have their own agreements. A description on this website does not grant access to an unreleased feature, provide a subscription, authorize Gmail access, or supply a desktop license without software being made available to you.

Where express acceptance is required, the applicable service must identify the terms version and obtain acceptance through its designated process. Viewing a legal page, a profile name, or browser-local state is not a substitute for required contractual acceptance. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to act and provide its information.

2. Eligibility and permitted access

You must have the legal capacity and authority required for your use and comply with laws that apply to you. Do not access accounts, installations, workspaces, or services without permission. An organization is responsible for ensuring its users have the necessary authority.

Public account registration, paid checkout, and desktop distribution are not provided through this website. A separately supplied preview invitation permits only its stated scope of use; it does not establish that production or unattended business operations are supported.

3. Desktop software license

When we provide CrewParley desktop software to you, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use that copy on devices you are authorized to use for your own or your organization’s permitted work. The license continues while your use remains authorized under these terms and any applicable written access conditions. It is a license to use software, not a sale of its intellectual-property rights.

CrewParley software and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. Do not remove required notices, misrepresent ownership, redistribute unauthorized CrewParley builds, or bypass legitimate access controls. Restrictions are subject to statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable interoperability rights.

Third-party and open-source components retain their own licenses and notices. Those licenses govern the component-specific rights they grant, and these terms do not narrow them. Use an authorized installer and available integrity/signing information; do not bypass operating-system or antivirus protections.

4. Accounts, organizations, and devices

When account services are available, provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces you are permitted to access. Report suspected compromise to support@buenhoj.com without sending passwords or tokens.

Installation registration and workspace membership identify access relationships. AI agents, personas, departments, and teams are configuration concepts; they do not create additional human subscribers or a shared human multiplayer service. A successful sign-in or local screen does not enable a feature restricted by its service configuration.

5. AI providers and connected services

Supported tools may require separate installation, authentication, accounts, subscriptions, or usage charges. You are responsible for maintaining the provider access required by your chosen workflow and complying with that provider’s agreement.

Connections require their own permissions. Google identity sign-in is separate from Gmail authorization. Business examples and agent roles do not imply a released CRM, calendar, ticketing, or email connection. Check the actual availability and permissions before use.

A provider can change its features, pricing, permissions, versions, or availability. CrewParley cannot guarantee universal provider compatibility or fully offline operation. Review the provider’s privacy practices before supplying personal or confidential information.

6. AI outputs and decisions

AI contributions can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable. An agent marking a task complete is not independent verification. Review sources, calculations, code, and other consequential outputs before relying on them.

AI-generated material is not a substitute for appropriately qualified professional advice where it is needed. You set the direction and remain responsible for decisions you make, subject to applicable law and responsibilities that cannot lawfully be transferred.

7. Tools, permissions, and external actions

Tools can read or change files, run shell commands, operate a browser, or interact with an external service according to their actual configuration. Confirm your authority, the permissions granted, and the consequences before enabling a consequential tool. Review controls are not universally enforced across every local workflow.

Drafting or recommending an action is different from performing it. A role name does not authorize sending mail, changing records, purchasing, or operating another business system. The supervised cloud-drafting path disables tools; local workflows can behave differently. Verify an uncertain outcome before retrying an external action.

8. Your content and the operational license

You retain your rights in the messages, files, instructions, and other content you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to supply it and disclose it to the selected provider or connected service.

You grant us a limited license to process, transmit, store, and display that content only as needed to provide the features you use, operate and protect the authorized service, and meet applicable legal obligations. The license lasts for those purposes and the applicable retention described in the Privacy Policy. It does not grant us unrelated rights to sell your content or train an unrelated general-purpose model.

Selected providers receive the context involved in their workflow under their own terms. Rights in AI output depend on applicable law, underlying material, and the provider agreement; we do not promise that every output is exclusive or non-infringing. Stored cloud content is readable by authorized platform operators, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

Use CrewParley lawfully and within the permissions granted. These rules do not limit statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  • Do not gain unauthorized access, impersonate another account, steal credentials, or evade legitimate access or usage controls.
  • Do not deploy malware, compromise systems, abuse automation, distribute unlawful spam, or interfere with service availability.
  • Do not conduct unlawful surveillance or use personal information or connected services without the necessary authority.
  • Do not infringe intellectual-property rights or provide information you are not entitled to use.
  • Do not misrepresent AI output, an agent identity, or a preview feature as verified professional work or a released service.

10. Fees and subscriptions

This website does not offer paid subscriptions or a checkout and does not create a trial entitlement, automatic renewal, or refund arrangement. Provider subscriptions and AI usage charges are separate under your provider agreement.

If we introduce a paid offering, its price, currency, taxes, term, payment, renewal if any, cancellation, refund, and change rules will be disclosed through the applicable offering before purchase. A separate written commercial agreement applies according to its terms; these pages do not invent an unannounced price or billing rule.

11. Previews, availability, and updates

Features identified as preview can change, fail, or be withdrawn. Local Office evaluation or persistent team configuration does not establish a released unattended service. A hosted API alone does not establish that customer provider execution or every desktop integration is available.

We may update the website, software, or services for security, compatibility, or operational reasons. We will respect applicable notice requirements and any written commitments. No guaranteed uptime, release date, lifetime support, or automatic desktop updater is offered by these terms.

12. Restrictions, termination, and records

We may restrict or end access proportionately to address unauthorized use, a material breach, security risks, or a legal requirement, subject to applicable law and any written agreement. Where feasible and appropriate, we will explain the reason and a way to raise a concern. Contact support@buenhoj.com about an access issue.

You may stop using CrewParley. Ending access, uninstalling, disconnecting a service, and revoking provider permission do not erase every local record, provider copy, cloud archive, log, or backup.

Local discussions have available export paths, but a complete self-service customer cloud export/account-deletion process is not currently provided. Public customer cloud workflows remain restricted while those operational requirements are completed. Contact us about records under our control; no immediate universal deletion or fixed export window is promised.

13. Privacy, consent, and security

Our Privacy Policy describes actual information handling, recipients, retention limitations, and privacy requests. Terms acceptance, privacy acknowledgment, optional marketing permission, and connection authorization are separate concepts.

Required account contractual acceptance must be recorded against the user and document version through the applicable service process. Sensitive connection permission must identify the relevant recipient and purpose in that workflow. These terms do not replace technical consent, authorize an unimplemented connection, or certify security or regulatory compliance.

14. Quality, limitations, and mandatory rights

Software previews, AI-generated content, and independent services have the limitations described on these pages and in their relevant documentation. We do not represent that every output is accurate or that every feature will operate without interruption. Evaluate suitability before consequential use.

Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, remedy, or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law and any binding written agreement.

15. Liability and responsibilities

Liability is determined under applicable law and any binding written agreement. These terms do not impose an arbitrary monetary cap, require a general indemnity from you, or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your device, content choices, tool permissions, and independent provider agreements affect the outcome of your workflows. Those responsibilities do not remove obligations that the law places on us. Review consequential outputs and external actions and report a suspected product or security problem promptly.

16. Concerns and governing law

Contact support@buenhoj.com with a concern so we can understand it and seek a practical resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to mandatory protections and remedies that apply to you.

These terms do not require arbitration, waive class proceedings, impose a shortened claim deadline, or exclude a court or regulator that has jurisdiction under applicable mandatory law. Nothing requires you to surrender a right that cannot lawfully be waived.

17. General provisions

A separate written agreement with us governs its stated subject where it conflicts with these general terms. Third-party component licenses continue to govern those components. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. No transfer or interpretation of these terms expands a content license, authorizes an otherwise prohibited data use, or overrides mandatory rights.

18. Versions, changes, and contact

This is Terms of Service version terms-1, effective and last updated October 3, 2026. The current version and canonical URL are identified in the public document-version manifest; prior approved versions are retained when terms change.

We will publish revised terms with a new version/date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. New acceptance will be obtained where required by law or the applicable service agreement. Questions and legal correspondence can be sent to support@buenhoj.com at Buenhoj Technologies Inc., Muirland Cres, Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
